I Casey Hamlin have lived full time in San Felipe with my son Derek since 1997, I met my wife Martha Lopez de Hamlin when she was induced as the new comandante of the San Felipe Airport March 2001 she served as the federal commander of the San Felipe Airport till she retired January 31, 2007 after working for 34 years with the federal government the Mexican FAA in San Felipe and Tepic Nayarit Mexico as an inspector and other positions...

I'm a legal dual citizen of both the US and Mexico this is great for land ownership as I do not need a Fideicomiso as I did before I became a Mexican citizen...  I have owned Casey's Baja Tours S. A. de C. V. since 1997 and do property management and vacations rentals we also have  San Felipe Real Estate .com we offer a Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for company's and people that just want to list and show there property to the world from the San Felipe Area

With many years of experience in the San Felipe area also with many visits to Puertecitos, San Luis Gonzaga, Bahia De Los Angles, and Ensenada we know the North Baja area quit well, we work extensively the help bring together buyers and sellers to meet their real estate goals.
